We plan a wide range of weddings in Mauritius, including intimate weddings, ,luxury celebrations, beach ceremonies, villa weddings, hotel weddings, symbolic ceremonies, civil weddings, vow renewals and wedding proposals.

We want just a simple civil wedding in Mauritius. How far in advance should we contact you?

For civil weddings in Mauritius, local authorities require all legal documents to be submitted at least 10 weeks prior to the wedding date, especially during peak season. We therefore recommend contacting us ideally 2 months in advance to allow sufficient time for the legal process and smooth coordination.

What happens if it rains?

Don’t worry! we always have a Plan B (and sometimes a Plan C). The weather can be unpredictable, so we plan ahead by securing backup indoor or covered locations whenever needed. Light tropical rain often passes quickly, and we stay flexible on timing if possible. For events with no official formalities such as a Renewal of Vows or a Symbolic Wedding, we may also reschedule the ceremony when possible, especially if major vendors are not yet booked.


Will you be present on the wedding day?

Absolutely. We are present on the wedding day to coordinate, oversee vendors, manage the timeline, and handle any last-minute details, so you can relax and fully enjoy every moment. From setup to the end of the ceremony, we’re there to make sure everything runs smoothly and exactly as planned.


We will have more than 25 guests. Can you still plan our wedding?

Our specialty is intimate weddings, where we can give every couple and guest our full attention. We usually work with celebrations of up to 25 guests, and in some cases we can accommodate up to 30. Beyond this number, we may not be the best fit, as we prefer to focus on smaller groups to ensure a personalised, seamless, and meaningful experience for everyone involved


How far in advance should we contact you to plan the wedding?

For very intimate weddings with just the two of you, we recommend contacting us around 3-4 months in advance, especially if you already have a clear vision of what you’d like.
If your celebration includes guests, we suggest reaching out at least 5 - 7 months ahead, as this allows more time to coordinate venues, vendors, logistics, and guest arrangements smoothly, particularly during peak season.


What is the best time of year to get married in Mauritius?

Mauritius is a year-round wedding destination, but the most popular months are from May to November, when the weather is cooler, drier, and ideal for outdoor ceremonies.
The summer months from December to April are warmer and more humid, with occasional tropical showers, but they also offer lush landscapes, vibrant colours, and fewer crowds. With thoughtful planning and flexibility, beautiful weddings are possible at any time of year.


Are there any hidden costs?

No , we believe in complete transparency. All costs are clearly outlined and discussed with you in advance, so there are no surprises. If any additional services or changes arise along the way, these are always communicated and approved by you beforehand.
